Agent Critchlow writes to the Commissioner regarding White River Utes who have gone off reservation to their traditional hunting range in Colorado. He says that the bands led by Jack and Colorow refuse to return. He also reports that Indians remaining on the Uintah Valley reservation show no inclination to join the bands in Colorado |
