Relative enrollment of Indiana
adopted in council July 7, 1909.

Sir:
I am in receipt of your letter of August
20, 1909, "Band-Population 62198, 1909, W IT W, enrollment
applications" in answer to my letter of
July 13, 1909, In which I reported the action of a
tribal council adopting certain Indians Into the Ute
tribe and recoimnended that they be enrolled at this
agency. I am submitting herewith the additional information
called for in your letter, as follows:

POMPEI. 29 U: This Indian was born and raised
in the vicinity of Richfield, Utah. Has
never been enrolled elsewhere; was-allotted,
(conditionally) with the Uintah 3.
White River Utes here in 1905,- #766,
being the NW/4 sw/4 sec 29, Twp I.S.,
Rng 1 W\, U33&2J; ne has resided among
the Ute. Indians at this agency continuously
for the past ten years; he has
no known relatives here, but i3 unquestionably
cf Ute blood. He was formerly married
(Indian crustca) to a Ute girl of this agency,
cut they are not living together at
the present time. He is a full-blood Ute.
