employees of the Indian Service, in violation of Circular Bo.

Ho reports of these sales have a3 yet boen roceived in this
Office, and you are instructed, in submitting ouch reports, to
note therein the fact that the purchasers are employees in the
Service;and also advise the Office whether or not any purchasers
in sales of lands heretofore submitted by you are or were, at tho
time of the sale, in the employ of the Government, with such
references as may be necessary to identify each case.
