The Office is in receipt of your letter of April 24,
1912, advising that it is your opinion that another annuity
payment should be mado to tha Indians under your jurisdiction
at the Uintah and Ouray Agency.
There i3 now pending before Congress an estimate of
this Department for $3,505,257.19 to pay the judgment rendered
by the Court of Claims in favor of the Confederated
Sand of Ute Indians dated February 1.3, 1911, pursuant to
the provisions of the jurisdictional Act of March 3, 1909,
(35 Stat. L., 788)' Uo money will be available to pay
