Further Information The quality of the portrait is excellent and is exceedingly professional in nature. The condition of the actual photograph is good. The edges show visible signs of wear and tear. On the front, written in pencil at the bottom center, is, "Dr. D. J. McMillan." The number "(5)" is written in pencil at the top center. Along the bottom edge bears the emblem of the photography studio and the city it headquarters in. The back of the actual photograph is free from any handwritten marks; however, it appears to have been indented and slightly torn in the center of the indentation. The photograph is stored in an overleaf flap cover that is in poor condition. The dark brown stylized cardboard flaps are weak and tearing at the folds. The bottom and top edges are extremely worn and have a number of nicks and tears. Reverend Duncan James McMillan had a major influence in founding Westminster College.
