The issues most commonly mentioned were open vs. closed lists, district boundaries (one vs. eighteen), corruption and electoral violations, and compensatory seats, although other issues were raised as well.From these discussions, it is clear that the COR may not use the 2005 election law under which its members were selected for the January 2010 elections.
