Several moose emerge from a small lake and walk close to a microphone
Three moose were observed feeding in a small lake. The moose emerged from the lake and walked close to a microphone that was placed behind some brush approximately 20 feet from the water's edge. One moose vocalized;
Temperature was 57 degrees Fahrenheit;
Elevation was above 10,000 feet;
Recorded using Sennheiser MKH 30 and MKH 40 microphones in an MS pattern to a Sound Devices 722 recorder with a 44.1kHz/24 bit sampling rate; Local Time: 7:45 AM
