Pathology CNS inflammatory lesion
Disease/Diagnosis CNS Whipple disease
Clinical VA: 20/15 OD, 20/200 OS; Color plates: 12/12 OU; RAPD OS; Right/temporal field defect OD
Presenting Symptom Progressive loss of vision OU; Headache
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Surgery; IV anti-bacterial agents
