Pathology Paraneoplastic encephalitis of pons, medulla and left VIII nerve
Disease/Diagnosis Paraneoplastic syndrome associatec with renal cell carcinoma
Clinical Diplopia; Nystagmus; Gait disturbances and dizziness
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Dizziness; Difficulty walking; Fatigue; Loss of hearing AS
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment IV steroids
