Pathology Acute tubulo-interstitial nephritis with oxalate deposits in tubules.
Disease/Diagnosis Ethylene glycol poisoning
Clinical VA: 20/200 OU
Presenting Symptom Nausea; Vomiting; Fatigue; Anuria; Pruritic macular rash
Neuroimaging CT
Treatment Glucocorticoids
