Clinical Gaze palsy; Conjunctivitis sicca; Absent optokinetic nystagmus
Presenting Symptom Left lower facial weakness; Diplopia; Cognitive deficits
Neuroimaging RISA scan
Treatment Cortocosteroids; Antifungal agents; anti-bacterial agents
