Disease/Diagnosis Optic nerve glioblastoma multiforme
Clinical 1 mm proptosis; Mild conjunctival injection on the left side; 20/20 on right side. IOP measured 12 bilaterally; ESR of 2; CRP of 0.85; HA1c of 7.5.
Presenting Symptom Painful blindness in left eye; Signs of a complete retinal artery and vein occlusion with NLP vision; Periocular headache pain

Treatment Radiation therapy and chemotherapy with temozolomide (alkylating agent) following surgery
