| Presenting Symptom |
A 45-year-old woman with a history of migraine headaches with visual aura presented after an atypical visual aura of 3 days duration without headache. |

CT Scan; MRI; Flow Cytometry |
| Treatment |
High dose interferon alpha, steroids, biphosphonates, and cytotoxic agents. |
