Pathology Enlargement and hemorrhage of the extraocular muscles with ischemic injury to of the optic nerve.
Disease/Diagnosis Catastrophic Antiphospholipid Syndrome
Clinical NLP OU; IOP: 39 OD, 47 OS
Presenting Symptom Proptosis; Loss of vision OU
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment IV vasoconstrictors
