Pathology Tumor mass adherent to anterior pituitary infiltrated with plasma cells along with large and small lymphoid cells.
Disease/Diagnosis Lymphocytic hypophysitis
Clinical VA: 20/20 OD, 20/15 OS
Presenting Symptom Raynaud phenomenon; Headache
Treatment Surgery; Corticosteroids; Antibiotics
