Disease/Diagnosis Rhinocerebral mucormycosis
Clinical VA: 20/60 OD, 20/120 OS
Presenting Symptom Bilateral facial and eyelid drooping; Dysphagia
Neuroimaging CT
Treatment Surgery; Antifungal agents
