Comment	In this phot, George H. Dern was reviewing the 38th U. S. Infantry at Fort Douglas with Col. Howard C. Price. Governor Dern (Democrat) served as a Utah state senator, then as Utah's Governor from 1925 to 1933. He later served as Secretary of War under President Franklin Roosevelt.
