Comment	Ab Jenkins officiated a Soap Box Derby in 1951. Ab Jenkins (right) and Mr. Wilkinson of the Wilkinson Motor Company on Social Hall Avenue, are standing with a new 1936 Cord Automobile. Ab Jenkins set numerous automobile speed records on Utah's Bonneville Salt Flats between 1932 and 1956, drove the Mormon Meteor III, and served as mayor of Salt Lake City from 1940-1943.
