Image shows the demolition of several buildings in preparation for construction of the new Church Office Building. The Relief Society Building is in the left corner of the block. The Geneological Society building is being torn down. The Utah State Capitol can be seen up the hill. The photograph was likely taken from the top of Hotel Utah (Joseph Smith Memorial Building).
