Description	Image shows a piece of memorabilia from the 2002 Paralympic Winter Games. This particular blue and white vinyl banner was hung from streetlights and power poles all around Salt Lake City during the 2002 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It contains only the official Paralympic logo on it and nothing else. It was intended to beautify the city and add color to the streets of Salt Lake City and surrounding communities.
