Description Dr Dolowitz was born in New York City in 1913. Dr Dolowitz received his A.B. from Johns Hopkins University in 1933 and his M.D. from Yale University in 1937. Dr Dolowitz received an M.A. from the University of Utah in 1951. Dr Dolowitz was an NIH Fellow at the University of Lund, Sweden (1960-1961). Dr Dolowitz was Assistant Otolaryngologist (1939-1940); Otolaryngologist (1940-1942) and Instructor (1942-1943) at Johns Hopkins. Dr Dolowitz came to the University as Assistant Professor (1946-1949); Associate Professor (1949-1962); Associate Professor of Surgery (1962-1969) and Professor and Adjunct Professor Speech, Pathology and Audiology (1969-1979). Dr Dolowitz was Chair of the Division of Otoloryngology from 1949 to 1968. Dr Dolowitz was Instructor of human biology at Dixie College from 1987-1991. Dr Dolowitz died in 1994.
