| Description |
Dr Lerner was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts in 1910. Dr Lerner received his M.D. in 1934. Dr Lerner was stationed at the Army Hospital in Kearns during World War II and upon his discharge from the Army was appointed Chair of the Department of Radiology in 1946. Dr Lerner left the University in 1948 and was later a Distinguished Professor of Radiology at the University of Miami. Dr Lerner died in 2008. |
