Description Dr Kaplan received his B.S in Biology at the State University of New York in 1966. He received his Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Purdue University in 1971. Dr Kaplan was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School from 1971-1973. Dr Kaplan was the Benning Presidential Endowed Chair Porfessor of Pathology, an Adjunct Professor for Internal Medicine and Adjunct Professor of Oncological Sciences. Dr Kaplan was Associate Vice President for Basic Science and Professor, University of Utah, School of Medicine, Department of Pathology. Dr Kaplan is Emeritus Professor of Pathology.
