Description Annette Schram Ezell was born in West Frankfort, Illinois in 1940. Ms Ezell attended Protestant Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing (1957-1959) and Indiana University (1959). Ms Ezell received both her B.S. in Nursing (1962) and her M.S. in Physiology (1967) from the University of Nevada-Reno. Ms Ezell was a staff nurse at Washoe Medical Center, 1962 and Teaching Assistant at the University of Nevada-Reno, 1962-1963; Instructor 1963-1967; Assistant Professor 1967-1971. Ms Ezell was Curriculum Specialist at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, 1971-1972 and the Project Manager of the Federal Grant Inter-Campus Nursing Education Project, 1969-1971. Ms Ezell came to the University as Associate Professor of Nursing and Curriculum Specialist for the Rural Nurse Practitioner Program in 1972. Ms Ezell was Acting Dean of the College of Nursing in 1980.
