Description |
There was no better place to dance than the Imperial Hall with its springy floor. The floor was constructed over cement piers, each equipped with large springs that moved up and down to the movement of the dancers. This 1947 Junior Prom was one of many held at the Hall. Another peopular dance held at the Imperial was the Gold and Green Ball sponsored by the Uintah Stake. |
