A case of systemic amyloidosis with cardiac involvement in a middle-aged patient is presented. The patient presented with symptoms of congestive heart failure. A diagnostic workup including cardiac catheterization and myocardial biopsy was carried out. Differential diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of cardiac amyloidosis are discussed.
