This research study explores the capabilities and functionality of the arcs© software program for use by masters and doctoral students. The arcs© program was instantiated using research literature from the domain of music therapy used as a treatment modality with acutely ill or injured patients. The investigator hypothesized that the ability to use the program will differ by educational level for 2 groups: masters and doctoral students at the University of Utah College of Nursing. This work specifically examines the abilities of subjects to identify research data correctly from the output of the arcs© database program. Use of the arcs© program by professional nurses may provide a supplementary method to expedite research utilization. |
