My dear Mr. McKean:
Referring further to Office letter of May 31, please either select a site to be purchased for day schools for the Polk and Posey Band at once, or select a site for temporary withdrawal pending Congressional action. Descriptions of the site chosen should be furnished. What accomodations should be provided in the building and what is the estimated cost? If practicable, submit rough pencil sketches showing what is needed.
