Show Feb. 3, 1916 Mr. Walter G. West, Supt. Southern Utes School. My dear Mr. West: Pursuant to resolution of the tribal council dated December 15, 1915, authority Is hereby granted for a delegation of two Indians from your reservation to visit Washington, accompanied by the Superintendent and an Interpreter, for consultation on official business in connection with their tribal affairs. The members of the delegation, including the superintendent and the interpreter, will be allowed their actual necessary travelling expenses, including sleeping car fare and incidentals, and their actual expenses of subsistence not to exceed $3.00 per day while en route and $4.00 per day while in Washington, $600• 00 having been set aside therefor from "Interest on Confederated funds of Utes Fund."
