Guide to the Westminster College Alumni Affairs and Institutional Advancement memorial donation records

This collection consists of a book and a donor lists documenting funds established in memory of a deceased member of the community (alumnus, faculty, trustee) of Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah. The records were created from 1961-1970 by the Alumni Affairs and Institutional Advancement Office. They contain the name of the memorial fund/scholarship, the names of the contributing donor(s), and amounts donated. Donor information is limited to the donor's name and address. No biographical or background information describes individuals honored with the memorial/scholarship.

The book ("In Remembrance") serves as a master log, similar to a guestbook, of established memorials. It provides the names of memorialized individuals ("In remembrance of"), persons making donations ("presented by") and how the individual was to be remembered ("perpetuated in"). If the individual was remembered by scholarships/funds, the amount is given. Each entry is dated. The book duplicates the names of some of the individuals represented in the individual donor records within the collection (e.g., book's listing for Mrs. Ena Senior states to also see the "donor list").
