Note Recorded on the Santiam River, Linn County, Oregon, approx. 800 ft. elevation, from 10:30 - 11:30 PM on 6/26/06; Air temperature was 78 degrees F, water temperature 65 degrees F; Frogs were calling underwater and were recorded with a hydrophone; Also recorded from 9 - 11AM on 6/27/06; Air temperature was 78 degrees F, water temperature was 66 degrees F Frogs called from still water at the edge of the fast-moving river in a pool from 1 - 2 feet deep. During the morning, frogs swam up to the shore and called faintly in air (this was not recorded). Local Time: 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM
